The Somatotropic Axis Set pairs GHRH analogues with growth hormone secretagogues so the pathway can be probed at more than one point. CJC-1295 No DAC, Ipamorelin, Sermorelin and MOTS-C are supplied together for pituitary and metabolic cell work.

  • CJC-1295 No DAC 10mg vial, a tetra-substituted analogue of GHRH (1-29)
  • Ipamorelin 10mg vial, a selective pentapeptide agonist at the ghrelin receptor GHS-R1a
  • Sermorelin 5mg vial, the GHRH (1-29) fragment
  • MOTS-C 10mg vial, a sixteen amino acid peptide encoded in mitochondrial DNA

Sermorelin is the unmodified GRF(1-29) amide. CJC-1295 No DAC is the same 29-residue backbone with four substitutions, D-Ala2, Gln8, Ala15 and Leu27, which block dipeptidyl peptidase 4 cleavage and remove deamidation and oxidation sites.
Which receptor does each vial in the Somatotropic Axis Set act on?
CJC-1295 No DAC and Sermorelin act at the GHRH receptor, and Ipamorelin at the ghrelin receptor GHS-R1a. MOTS-C is the outlier: a mitochondrially encoded peptide read through AMPK phosphorylation in cultured cells.
