Most of the range goes to Janoshik Analytical, an independent laboratory, for purity by reverse phase HPLC and identity by mass spectrometry. Every product page shows its own testing status, so you can see the measured purity, the date it was analysed and the full certificate before you order. Where a product has no published result, the page says so rather than leaving a gap.
On the product page itself, before you buy as well as after, and every published report is collected in the certificates library. We do not hold a published result for every product, so if the one you are looking at does not show one, ask us and we will tell you where it stands.
Message us and we will fix it. A damaged vial, a wrong item, or a product outside its stated specification on receipt gets a reply within one business day and a replacement or full refund. Keep the vial sealed, cool, dry and out of direct light. Once made up with bacteriostatic or sterile water, store it at 2 to 8°C and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. That is general laboratory handling practice for lyophilised peptides. We do not publish a stability-tested shelf life for any product, so the working period should be set by the laboratory using it.
