NAD+ is followed by absorbance in coupled assays and by ion-pairing HPLC or LC-MS/MS. Epithalon is very hydrophilic and poorly retained on C18, so methods use low starting organic content, an ion-pairing agent or a polar-embedded phase.
Which enzyme families use the NAD+ in the Cellular Ageing Pair as a substrate?
