What is Metabolic Signalling Set (Extended)?

The extended Metabolic Signalling Set covers incretin and mitochondrial compounds for experiments on insulin signalling, glucose handling and lipid metabolism. Tirzepatide, CJC-1295 No DAC, Ipamorelin, 5-Amino-1MQ and MOTS-C are supplied together at a lower cost than ordering separately.

  • Tirzepatide 10mg vial, a dual agonist at the GLP-1 and GIP receptors
  • CJC-1295 No DAC 10mg vial, a tetra-substituted analogue of GHRH (1-29)
  • Ipamorelin 10mg vial, a selective pentapeptide agonist at the ghrelin receptor GHS-R1a
  • 5-Amino-1MQ 10mg vial, a small molecule inhibitor of the enzyme NNMT
  • MOTS-C 10mg vial, a sixteen amino acid peptide encoded in mitochondrial DNA

Metabolic Signalling Set (Extended) research applications

  • HTRF or GloSensor cAMP assays in cell lines expressing GIPR or GLP-1R separately, the Tirzepatide readout
  • Recombinant NNMT assays by LC-MS (5-Amino-1MQ) and glucose uptake with 2-deoxyglucose or 2-NBDG in myotubes (MOTS-C)
  • cAMP in pituitary somatotrophs (CJC-1295 No DAC) and calcium mobilisation in GHS-R1a lines (Ipamorelin)

What is tested in this set

This set contains five products, each supplied in its own vial and each tested on its own. The table lists the published result for every component.

CJC-1295 No DAC 99.46% Janoshik Analytical 9 Jul 2026 View

A set is not tested as a set. Each vial carries its own documentation, which is what the table above reflects.

Metabolic Signalling Set (Extended) questions

Where can I buy the Metabolic Signalling Set (Extended) in Australia?
NuVion stocks the Metabolic Signalling Set (Extended) in Australia. It is five vials in a single order, posted from Australian stock on a tracked express service. This set is supplied as a research material only and is not on the Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods.
What is in the Metabolic Signalling Set (Extended)?
Five vials: Tirzepatide 10mg, CJC-1295 No DAC 10mg, Ipamorelin 10mg, 5-Amino-1MQ 10mg and MOTS-C 10mg. Each compound comes in its own sealed vial, so nothing is pre-mixed. Bacteriostatic water is sold separately.
How much does the Metabolic Signalling Set (Extended) cost?
The current price and stock are shown at the top of this page in AUD, next to what the same vials cost at their regular prices when bought one at a time.
What is the difference between the extended set and the Metabolic Signalling Set?
The Metabolic Signalling Set is 5-Amino-1MQ, CJC-1295 No DAC and Ipamorelin. The extended set adds Tirzepatide and MOTS-C.
Is the Metabolic Signalling Set (Extended) tested as one product?
No. A set is not tested as a set. Each vial has its own published result, and the table on this page lists them.
Which vial in the Metabolic Signalling Set (Extended) binds albumin?
Tirzepatide. Its C20 diacid chain, attached at lysine 20 through a gamma-glutamate spacer and two AEEA units, binds serum albumin reversibly. That lowers the free peptide concentration in serum-containing assay media.
Which targets does the Metabolic Signalling Set (Extended) cover?
Four receptors and one enzyme: GIPR and GLP-1R (Tirzepatide), the GHRH receptor (CJC-1295 No DAC), GHS-R1a (Ipamorelin) and the enzyme NNMT (5-Amino-1MQ). MOTS-C is read through AMPK phosphorylation.
