Tissue Repair Signalling

The tissue repair sets group the peptides used in cell migration, adhesion and matrix remodelling work. The Tissue Repair Pair is BPC-157 with TB-500, the most requested combination in this area, acting through separate pathways: BPC-157 in fibroblast and endothelial scratch and transwell migration assays with FAK and VEGFR2 readouts, TB-500 through its LKKTET actin-binding motif in polymerisation and cytoskeletal work. The Tissue Repair Set (Extended) and the Connective Tissue Set widen that to endothelial, epithelial, chondrocyte and tendon fibroblast models.

Common readouts include collagen I and III, fibronectin and MMP transcript levels by qPCR, adhesion to matrix-coated plates, and live-cell migration imaging.
